Because each item is handmade, they require extensive time and attention in designing, producing, and finishing. As such, we cannot accept returns on these items, so please check sizes and measurements carefully before placing an order!

If an item arrives damaged (torn or ripped, etc) please send us an email or chat within 5 business days of delivery to start the repair/remake process.
